Refund and Return Policy

1. Introduction

 

At Philhallmark, we believe shopping should be easy and so should returns. While we work hard to make sure every item reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, issue refunds, and manage delivery. It also details when returns are not applicable. Our aim is to make every part of your experience; from checkout to doorstep as stress-free as possible.

 

2. Return Period and Conditions

 

You may return items within 7 days of delivery. For edible items, the return period is 3 days. Returns must meet the conditions outlined below:

Note: Baby food and infant products are non-returnable except in cases of verified factory defects.


 

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

 

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened baby food

  • Some Groceries or edibles after 3 days of delivery

  • Used or worn items 

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse

  • Customised or personalised products

 

4. Return Packaging Guidelines

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.

  • Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our store. Please ensure they are packaged securely.

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
For wrong or defective items, we will also refund any delivery fees paid.

Refunds are made through your original payment method or store credit.

 

6. Rejected Returns

 

If your return does not meet the conditions above, it will be rejected. In such cases:

  • You’ll be contacted to pick up your item from our store.

  • If unclaimed within 60 days, the item may be forfeited.

7. Exchanges

 

Philhallmark does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size, colour, or product, kindly return the original item and place a new order.

 

8. Delivery Options

 

We deliver across Nigeria through our trusted logistics partner GIGL (God is Good Logistics).

  • Nationwide delivery via GIGL

  • Delivery timeline depends on your location but typically ranges from 2–5 working days.

  • Free delivery is available for orders over ₦300,000.

 

9. In-Store Pickup (Benin Only)

 

Pickup is available only in Benin City at our physical store:
📍 107 Benin Sapele Road, Oka, Benin City, Edo State

  • Pickup is free of charge

  • Customers are encouraged to collect items within 5 days of notification

  • Pickup station hours: Mon–Sat, 9:00am – 5:00pm
